One of the first things people want to know when you run for office is what makes you different than the other candidates who are running for the same position. Let me give you a little of my background to help answer that question.

Born in Michigan, I grew up in a middle-class family with two older sisters and two younger brothers. I moved to Wyoming right after high school in 1976, and obtained a degree in industrial electricity at Western Wyoming Community College with Phi Theta Kappa honors.  

I started out my adult life as a Republican. But as I grew older, I became disappointed with some of their positions, especially as they related to a government whose powers were intended to be few and well defined.

I started looking for a better fit. I found what I was looking for in the Constitution Party. I am the current Wyoming Constitution Party state chairman and chairman of the Uinta County Constitution Party. I am an alumnus of the Uinta County Leadership Institute class of 2016, and I’m also involved in United Way as a fundraiser, sitting on the United Way of Southwest Wyoming’s Uinta Advisory Council.
